Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of investoai.com and the InvestoAI service ("the Service") provided by InvestoAI Corp ("InvestoAI", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Please read sections 2, 4 and 8 with particular care.

1. What the Service is

InvestoAI is software. It lets you set an investing rule once (Smart DCA), evaluates that rule every trading day using market data, and, if you have connected a brokerage and authorised it, places the orders the rule calls for in your own brokerage account. It also provides information products: a daily Morning Brief and Stock Insights pages.

2. What the Service is not

• Not investment advice. InvestoAI Corp is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or bank. Nothing on the site, in the Morning Brief, in Stock Insights or in any message from us is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, or advice tailored to your situation. The rule is a mechanical formula you choose to run; you decide whether it suits you.
• Not custody. We never hold, receive or transfer your money or securities. Everything stays in your brokerage account under the brokerage's terms and protections.
• Not a guarantee. Markets fall. A rule that buys more when they fall can lose money, sometimes for long periods. Backtested figures on the site are hypothetical, assume the rule had been followed exactly, and do not reflect actual trading. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and the owner of any brokerage account you connect. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.

4. Brokerage connection and orders

• You connect a brokerage through the brokerage's own authorisation flow. By doing so you instruct InvestoAI to place orders in that account according to the rule and settings you chose. You can change the settings or disconnect at any time; changes take effect from the next trading day.
• Orders are placed as market orders at approximately 3:45 PM Eastern Time on U.S. trading days. We do not control execution price, fills, brokerage outages, trading halts or the brokerage's own rules, and we are not liable for them.
• If an order cannot be placed (insufficient cash, expired authorisation, brokerage error), we tell you by email and Telegram and do not place it later unless you have chosen a make-up setting. It is your responsibility to keep enough cash in the account and to keep the authorisation current.
• The brokerage's agreement with you governs the account, commissions and fees. InvestoAI charges no commission on orders.

5. Subscription and payment

The paid plan is $29 per month (or the price shown at checkout), billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the paid period, and we do not refund partial months unless the law requires it. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Free features may be changed or withdrawn.

6. Market data and content

Prices, fundamentals, news and calendars come from third-party vendors and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The Morning Brief and Stock Insights describe what happened and what is scheduled; they are generated in part by software, are not reviewed by a licensed professional, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision.

7. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or interfere with the Service, use it for anyone other than yourself, or use it where doing so is unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvestoAI Corp and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or trading losses, arising from the Service, from any order placed or not placed, or from any information on the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, the Smart DCA methodology and all content are owned by InvestoAI Corp or its licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial investing only.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where practical. On closure we disconnect brokerages immediately and delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
